We guarantee to send parcels within 5 working days, excluding specific periods which will be mentioned on our website. Delivery times are estimated at the time of placing your order. They vary depending on the delivery method chosen and your location.

Can I cancel an order?

You cannot cancel or modify an order once the confirmation email has been received. You will have to wait for your package and then make a return!

Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?

You cannot cancel or modify an order once the confirmation email has been received. You will have to wait for your package and then make a return!





Returns and exchanges of your items

We do not offer exchanges, but you can return your items to us and order them again.

What items can I return?

All items can be returned unless it is mentioned on their product sheet. A promotional product (excluding the box) cannot be returned.

What is the deadline for returning an item?

You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your package to return your item.

How to return an item ?

What are the conditions for returning an item?

All of the following conditions must be met for you to be eligible for a refund.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all packaging and packaging elements included in your package (dust bag, hang tag, cardboard, small pins for hats, etc.)
  • You should not remove the “do not remove” stickers from your headgear.
  • You must not have worn or defaced the product. Any observation of wear will automatically prevent the reimbursement of your article.

How is my return refunded?

After receiving the returned item, we check its eligibility for reimbursement. If everything is in order, you will receive a refund on the credit card used for the purchase within 30 working days.

I received a defective product, what should I do?

Before shipping each of your orders, we carry out a meticulous quality control of your products. We keep track of the condition of items before dispatch. Many of our items are handmade, so they are all slightly different, which is what makes them unique. This difference does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

However, your product may suffer damage during transport. In this case, you can send us an email at: conciergerie@aeleparis.com explaining the situation and including visuals. If we find a defect, we offer the return.
