How to create a customer account?
Creating a customer account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account quickly:
- Click on the "Connect" or "Register" link: On the home page.
- Choose the "Register" option: If you do not already have an account on this store, choose the "Register" option rather than "Log in".
- Fill in the requested information: You will be directed to a registration form where you will need to provide some basic information. Usually this includes your name, email address and a password for your account.
- Click on "Register" or "Create an account": Once you have filled in the necessary information and accepted the conditions, click on the button to create your account.
- Verify your email address (if required): In some cases, the store may ask you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to your inbox.
- Log in to your new account: Once your account is created, you will be redirected to the store's homepage while logged in. You will be able to access your account at any time using the email address and password you have chosen.
- Explore and Shop: You can now browse store products, add them to your cart, and checkout when you're ready to buy.
What is the customer account for?
A customer account offers benefits such as managing personal information, tracking past orders, managing returns, personalizing the shopping experience, and accessing special offers. It simplifies the shopping process and improves the online shopping experience.
How are my personal data processed?
Your personal data is collected to process your purchases and improve your experience. They are secure, can be shared with necessary third parties (like payment services), and their use is generally based on your consent. You have rights to your data under data protection laws. How do I delete my customer account?
To delete your customer account, follow these general steps:
- Log in to your account: First access your customer account using your email address and password.
- Go to Account Settings: Look for the "Account" or "Account Settings" option usually located in the top right corner of the site.
- Find the delete option: In the account settings, look for an option such as "Delete account", "Disable account" or something similar. This option may be under "Privacy" or "Security".
- Follow the instructions: If the delete option is available, follow the instructions provided. You may be asked to confirm your decision or provide a reason for deletion.
- Security verification: In some cases, the online store may ask you to confirm your identity by re-entering your password or by answering security questions.
- Confirm deletion: After following the steps and confirming your decision, your customer account will be deleted.
- Check your inbox: You may receive an email confirming your account deletion. This will confirm that your account has been deleted.

How to order a product?
Wow, we're glad you're interested in our products! To order an item, you can add it to your basket and then give us all the details necessary for its delivery. Before purchasing an item, read our general conditions of sale and our return policy!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once you have received the confirmation email, you cannot modify your order. On the other hand, you can absolutely return the item(s) ordered in error upon receipt.
How to track my order ?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have a customer account, you can also track your order directly via it.
PRE-ORDER
What is pre-order?
On Aéle Paris, we have products in stock and products on pre-order. Pre-order products are available for purchase but are not yet produced, which induces a longer delivery time. These pre-order products are developed with you, via our Aéle Muse Club. Pre-ordering is above all a relationship of trust between you and us, so a big thank you if you decide to give us yours.
How does the pre-order work?
As for a product in stock, you add a product to your basket. The only difference ? A longer delivery time since your item will be produced based on customer demand.
Generally, a pre-order product is posted on our site for a period of three weeks. Then there is the production phase, which lasts from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the product. Finally, the product arrives at our premises and is ready to be delivered to you according to the mode of transport you have chosen. We will notify you by email of its dispatch and you will have a tracking number.
What are the benefits of pre-ordering?
For the planet
Pre-ordering is super beneficial for the planet. It allows a reduction of waste to avoid overproduction. Secondly, it also allows us to optimize our supply chain which reduces unnecessary transport and carbon emissions. Finally, pre-ordering, by promoting a slower mode of consumption, encourages sustainability.
For you
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a product before it is even produced, so once it is online, you have priority and are guaranteed to have your product, which is useful since our collections are in limited editions. To thank you for your trust and your involvement in the development of our products, pre-orders benefit from an advantageous price.
What are the pre-order deadlines?
Pre-order products are put online 3 weeks before their production. Then, the production phase lasts between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the product. Once we have received your item it is ready to be shipped to you.
Estimated delivery times are displayed when you order. These deadlines may be extended, if this is the case, you will receive an email informing you of this. You can also refer to our delivery policy for more information.
Can I place my order with products in stock and pre-order?
Yes, but we advise you to make two orders separately in order to facilitate the management of the latter.

My promotional code is not working, what should I do?
- Check the correct spelling and respect for upper and lower case characters.
- Do not copy-paste your promotional code, it may not be recognized.
- Some promotional codes are single use, check that you have not used your code more than once.
- Promotional codes have an expiration date, usually indicated in the medium on which your promotional code is written.
- Some promotional codes are nominative (reserved for #aelemuseclub members for example), it is unfortunately possible that you will not be able to benefit from them.
- Some promotional codes only work if certain conditions are met (minimum purchase basket for example), remember to read the conditions relating to your promotional code carefully.
